Sweet Grilled Pepper

Each sweet pepper is grilled over an olive wood fire. Stripped of their field dress, tail, and seeds, they are immediately plunged into extra virgin olive oil, adding a few cloves of garlic and caper buds. Their taste is refined in the jar with the help of extra virgin olive oil.
