Terms & Conditions of Sale (T&C)

1) Scope

These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the sale of products on the website www.produits-des-recoltes.com (the “Site”) by Produits des Récoltes SAS (the “Seller”) to consumers (the “Customer”). Any order placed on the Site implies unconditional acceptance of these T&C.

3) Products

The products offered are those displayed on the Site, subject to available stock. Photographs and descriptions are for informational purposes only. Minor variations in presentation or labeling may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.

4) Prices

Prices are in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT), excluding delivery charges unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are indicated before final order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices, without retroactive effect on orders already confirmed.

5) Orders

The Customer selects products, reviews the cart, chooses a delivery method, provides information, and confirms the order after accepting the T&C. The order becomes final upon confirmation by email (subject to successful payment). The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order for legitimate reasons (suspected fraud, payment issues, inconsistent information, etc.).

6) Payment

Payment is due immediately. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed via secure providers; the Seller does not have access to the Customer’s full banking data.

7) Delivery & Shipping

7.1) Delivery Areas

B2C delivery: France, Belgium, Germany.

7.2) Delivery Methods & Estimated Times

The Customer selects only the delivery method (Pickup Point / Home). The carrier is automatically chosen by the Seller based on country and package weight among its logistics partners (e.g., Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost).

  • Home delivery: 2 to 4 business days
  • Pickup Point delivery: 2 to 6 business days

Delivery times are indicative and start from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, after order preparation.

7.3) Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to payment validation and product availability.

7.4) Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout according to destination, selected method, and total weight. Free shipping applies from €150 including tax — Pickup Point only (France / Belgium / Germany), unless otherwise indicated at checkout. In case of full or partial returns that reduce the total below €150 including tax, the initially waived shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7.5) Receipt, Incidents, Shipping Disputes

The Customer must check the parcel upon receipt. In case of breakage, leakage, missing items, or damaged parcel, the Customer must contact customer service within 48 hours with photos and order number. If a parcel is marked “delivered” but not received, the Customer must contact the Seller within 72 hours to open a carrier investigation.

7.6) Incorrect Address / Uncollected Parcel

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of delivery information. For incorrect/incomplete addresses or uncollected Pickup Point parcels, applicable procedures are described in the Shipping Policy.

7.7) Transfer of Risk

In accordance with regulations on distance sales to consumers, the Seller remains responsible until the parcel is effectively delivered to the Customer (or to the person designated by the Customer).

8) Right of Withdrawal (B2C)

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must contact the Seller at contact@produits-des-recoltes.com and follow the procedure described in the Return & Refund Policy.

8.1) Return Conditions (Resalable Products)

  • Unopened / sealed, unused
  • In perfect condition and fit for resale
  • Returned in suitable shipping packaging

For hygiene and food safety reasons, any opened/unsealed product cannot be refunded.

8.2) Return Costs

Unless due to Seller error, non-conforming, or defective products, return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility.

9) Refunds

After receipt and inspection of returned products, refunds are issued within 14 days:

  • To the original payment method
  • Or as store credit if the Customer prefers

10) Legal Warranties

The Customer benefits from applicable legal warranties:

  • Legal conformity warranty
  • Warranty against hidden defects

11) Liability

The Seller is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, poor storage, or failure to follow storage instructions indicated on products. The Seller’s liability cannot be engaged in case of delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure, without prejudice to the consumer’s legal rights.

12) Personal Data – Cookies

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Use of cookies/trackers is described in the Cookie Policy.

13) Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (texts, images, logos, graphics, structure) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

14) Disputes – Consumer Mediation

In case of a dispute between the Customer and the company, both parties will try to resolve it amicably. Failing agreement, the Customer may contact the competent mediator:

15) Governing Law – Language

These T&C are written in French and governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the Customer’s EU country of residence.
