Shipping Policy

1) Delivery Areas (B2C)

We currently deliver to individuals in the following countries:

  • France
  • Belgium
  • Germany

Delivery options, carriers, and times may vary depending on the country, weight, and delivery method selected at checkout.

2) Available Delivery Methods

The delivery methods available are shown at checkout, depending on your order:

  • Pickup Point Delivery — eco-friendly option
    Estimated time: 2 to 6 business days (varies by destination)
    Shipping handled according to package weight by Mondial Relay and/or Chronopost / Colissimo
  • Home Delivery — comfort option
    Estimated time: 2 to 4 business days (varies by destination)
    Shipping handled according to package weight by Colissimo and/or Mondial Relay

Delivery times are indicative and start from the time the parcel is handed to the carrier, after order preparation.

3) Order Preparation

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to payment validation and product availability.

4) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on:

  • Delivery country
  • Chosen delivery method (Pickup Point / Home)
  • Total order weight

5) Free Shipping from €150 Including Tax (Pickup Point Only)

Free shipping is offered for orders of €150 including tax or more, only to Pickup Points in France, Belgium, and Germany, unless otherwise indicated at checkout. This offer:

  • Does not apply to home delivery
  • Applies after any promotions, based on the amount displayed at checkout

In the event of a full or partial return resulting in a final amount below €150 including tax, the initially waived shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

6) Closure Periods

We may have closure periods (e.g., summer holidays). During these periods, order preparation and shipping may be suspended, and delivery times extended. Dates will be announced on our website and communication channels.

7) Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us at: contact@produits-des-recoltes.com.

8) Receipt, Verification, and Reporting

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the parcel and its contents. In case of damaged parcel, breakage, leakage, missing or non-conforming product:

After review, we will propose an appropriate solution (replacement, store credit, full/partial refund).

9) Parcel Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

  • Contact us within 72 hours at contact@produits-des-recoltes.com
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier. Processing time depends on the carrier. A solution will be proposed based on the investigation’s findings.

10) Incorrect Address / Uncollected Parcel

Incorrect or incomplete address: The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information (name, address, postal code, phone, entry code). In case of return due to incorrect/incomplete address, reshipment may be offered. Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer.

Parcel not collected at Pickup Point: Parcels not collected within the time allowed by the Pickup Point are returned. Options:

  • Reshipment (costs borne by the customer)
  • Refund of the order excluding shipping fees (except in case of our or carrier’s error)

11) Liability

In accordance with applicable distance-selling regulations for consumers, we remain responsible for the order until it is effectively delivered to the customer (or to the person designated by the customer).
