Return & Refund Policy

1) Applicable Products

Our products are non-perishable. Returns are accepted under the conditions below.

2) Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

Mandatory Conditions (Resalable Products)

  • Unopened / sealed, unused
  • In original condition (labels intact)
  • Fit for resale (perfect condition)
  • Returned with proper shipping protection (original packaging or equivalent)

For hygiene and food safety reasons, any unsealed or opened product cannot be refunded.

3) Return Procedure (Mandatory)

Before returning any item, please contact us at contact@produits-des-recoltes.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The products concerned
  • The reason (withdrawal / error / damage / missing items)

We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Any return sent without prior request may be refused.

4) Return Costs

  • Withdrawal (change of mind): return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Our error / defective product / proven breakage / missing product: return costs covered by us (or reimbursed upon proof), after validation.

5) Damaged, Leaking, Broken, or Missing Products

Please report any issues within 48 hours of receipt, with photos (package, label, padding, products). Depending on the situation and availability, we will offer:

  1. Replacement / reshipment (priority when possible)
  2. If not possible: refund (full or partial) or store credit, at your choice

6) Refunds

After receipt and inspection of returned products, refunds will be processed within 14 days:

  • To the original payment method
  • Or as store credit if you prefer

7) Free Shipping and Partial Returns

If free shipping was offered (orders ≥ €150 including tax in Pickup Point) and a return reduces the order below this threshold, the shipping costs initially waived may be deducted from the refund.

8) Refusal or Deduction

If returned products are opened, incomplete, damaged, or not fit for resale, we may:

  • Refuse the refund
  • Apply a justified deduction
  • And/or offer reshipment at your expense

9) Gift Boxes / Bundles

Gift boxes and bundles are refundable only if unopened, complete, and in perfect resale condition.
