Baklouti Pepper Flakes

Baklouti peppers harvested at the peak of their maturity and dried in the sun to be reduced to small flakes. Heated in olive oil at the start of preparations, they constitute one of the aromatic base notes of Tunisian cuisine. The originality of these flakes lies in the fact that they contain almost no seeds.
