Hand-rolled Couscous

An essential part of the Tunisian family table, rooted in Berber culinary heritage, our couscous reflects Les Moulins Mahjoub approach. The organic durum wheat grown on our farms is processed in a traditional mill in our village. We chose a semolina with a rustic texture. This granulometry enables us to offer a rich palette of flavors, which we naturally find in every couscous dish we prepare.
